About Dhulikhel: Dhulikhel has been an important trading centre on the ancient commercial route linking Nepal to Tibet for many centuries. Since time immemorial, people of Nepal travel to Tibet to bring home salt and gold. Likewise, the Tibetans every year with their flocks of sheep enter into Nepal during Dashain, the greatest Hindu festival. They use to purchase chilies and other daily necessities in Nepal and return to their homeland.
In those days, a whole day walk from Kathmandu to Dhulikhel was comfortable for Tibet trippers with easily available of food and water at Dhulikhel at the evening for overnight stay. Even now, a bird's eye view from the resorts at Dhulikhel to the landscapes; highway to Tibet and horizons far to the Tibetan borders, clearly exhibits Dhulikhel as the gateway of Tibet. After adjoining with Tibet by motor able road in 1965, Dhulikhel got a face lift and developed as a tourist destination both for Tibet trippers and tourists. Dhulikhel is an ideal station to stop for overnight stay while going to Tibet and coming back to Kathmandu.

About Pokhara: Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty. Situated at an altitude of 827m from the sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley, the city is known as a center of adventure. The enchanting city has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan range.
Pokhara is part of a once vibrant trade route extending between India and Tibet. To this day, mule trains can be seen camped on the outskirts of the town, bringing goods to trade from remote regions of the Himalaya. This is the land of Magars and Gurungs, hardworking farmers and valorous warriors who have earned worldwide fame as Gurkha soldiers. The Thakalis, another important ethnic group here, are known for their entrepreneurship.

About Chitwan: Chitwan has a particularly rich flora and fauna. Nepal’s first national park, the Chitwan National Park together with the adjacent Parse Wildlife Reserve support a species diversity much higher than any other on the Indian subcontinent. Rare species include Bengal tiger, gharial and the world's second largest population of Asian Rhinoceros but also leopards Mugger crocodile, Indian rock python and several species of Deer. The protected areas are guarded by a battalion of the Nepal Army and patrolled by anti-poaching units.


Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu - Welcome with Flower Garlands and Transfer to Hotel Shanker
Welcome drink served at the Hotel reception, Evening sightseeing of Basantapur, Welcome Dinner at any comfortable Restaurant. Transfer to the Hotel for overnight.

Day 02: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
Sightseeing of Patan city, Tibetan Refugee Camp – Jawalakhel, lunch at Restaurant or Hotel. After Lunch sightseeing of Swayambhunath (Buddhist Stupa). Dinner at any Restaurant (a typical Nepali Dish), Transfer to the Hotel.

Day 03: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
After breakfast drive to Changu Narayan Temple, Bhaktapur to start a light walk. One will see the oldest temple in the Valley, seated atop a serene hilltop some 6 km north of Bhaktapur, the Changu Narayan. Here one will see a stone inscription, which dated 424 AD, is believed to be the oldest of all such written records. Our walk with packed lunch will last for about 3 hours along a ridge between two valleys crossing through beautiful villages, fields with magnificent mountain views.
Conveniently perched high on the Valley rim at 2,175 meters, Nagarkot is by far the most favored hill resort in the Kathmandu valley and is ideal for savoring the splendors of the great Himalaya stretching from the Annapurna Massif in the far west to Mt. Kanchenjunga in the far East.
On arrival at Hotel in Nagarkot, we will receive a welcome drink, check in and there will be some free time to relax before dinner. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04: Early morning breakfast at the Hotel/Resort with the Himalayan view
After breakfast, we will walk 3 hours from Nagarkot to Banepa Village. Here we will see the famous Chandeswori temple with its ancient art and architecture. The fresco are painted on its western wall is the largest of its kind in Nepal. Pack lunch provided. After lunch, drive to Dhulikhel.
Dhulikhel, 30 km to the east of Kathmandu, is a Newar town with its pagoda temples and cluster of human settlements. At 1,440 m, Dhulikhel enthralls visitors with views of the Himalayan panorama and Sunrise and Sunset. This evening we will enjoy a Buffet BQ dinner served while viewing the Sunset over the Himalayas. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
After breakfast, drive to Pokhara (6 hours). En-route lunch at River Side Spring Resort. Here one can take a dip in a pool or explore around the Trisuli River, famous for rafting. After lunch continue drive to Pokhara which is 2 and half hour from this point.
This will be the final leg of today's journey to our hotel. Welcome drink served at the hotel reception. Dinner will be served while viewing the Sunset over the Himalayas. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 06: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
After breakfast drive to Begnas Lake - en-route lunch. We continue a short trek through paddy terrace, a walk along the top of the narrow ridge with a climb of 1.30 hours horizontally upwards and then down through a forest until you reach another beautiful lake called Rupa Lake/Tal. After some time at Rupa Tal our walk takes us downwards, where we will see different species of birds, flowers and mountains. Drive back to Pokhara and overnight at Hotel.

Day 07: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
Today we will tackle the Royal Trek, which will take us five and half hours. This trek was designed for his Royal Highness the Prince of Wales in the winter of 1980. The Royal Trek may be short in duration and by Himalayan standards easy, but it is physically demanding and there are many ups and downs. Pack lunch served, evening back to the Hotel. Dinner at Restaurant or Hotel and Overnight at Hotel.

Day 08: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
After breakfast drive to Sarangkot View point, located approximately 8 km from Pokhara Old Bazaar. This hilltop resort offers a superb panoramic view of the western Himalaya and will take approximately 5 hours. Pack Lunch served. Drive back to the Hotel, evening cultural program with dinner. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 09: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
After breakfast, drive to Chitwan. Jungle safari tour on the back of an elephant for a taste of Nepal's wildlife.
The thick jungles of the Royal Chitwan National park (area 932 sq. km) shelter a wide variety of mammals, reptiles and birds. Endangered beasts such as the one horn rhino and the royal Bengal Tiger prowl through the foliage, Gharial crocodiles lurk in the waters of the rivers that course through here. And hundreds of species of birds crisscross the sky overhead.
Evening slide show on safari, dinner with Cultural dance. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu. Lunch and Rest. Evening walk and farewell Dinner with Nepali Cultural program and overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Breakfast at the Coffee Shop of the Hotel
Departure day in Kathmandu.See you again in the wonderful Himalayan country, Nepal. Today is free and last day, you have few hours special shopping for your friend and family to gift, relatives until your departure flight to your home country. Or any extra trips or activities you may have booked with us. You will be transferred to the International Airport for your departure flight to your home country. Hope to see you again in Nepal.
