Incomplete Tour:

If you decide to leave the journey, no refund will be given, even if there are unused parts of the itinerary.

We may change the tour cost on our website due to factors beyond our control, like exchange rate fluctuations or government actions. However, we try our best to maintain the current rate.

Unforeseen Circumstances:

If we have to cancel your trip due to unexpected events like bad weather, natural disasters, or trail issues, we'll suggest a similar alternative trip. If that doesn't suit you, we'll refund all the money you paid to our company. But, keep in mind that any other costs you have because of the booking are your responsibility.

Clients' Responsible:

The guide from Himalayan Sustainability Initiative Trek has full authority during your trip. If you break the law, you must leave the tour, and there won't be a refund in such a situation.

Impact on your journey:

We always aim to make your adventure travel holiday as convenient as possible, especially since you'll be exploring remote Himalayan destinations. However, keep in mind that the weather in the Himalayas can be unpredictable. Issues like the availability of porters or yaks, vehicle breakdowns, road conditions, or local strikes may lead to changes or delays in the itinerary.

While we'll do our best to minimize any inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, it's important to note that we won't entertain refund claims for unforeseen circumstances, including an early return from the trip or changes in the itinerary. You'll need to cover all additional expenses for your return, including hotel bills and extra transport costs.

We work hard to ensure your travel is comfortable, but it's crucial to understand that the facilities in the Himalayan countries may not match those in wealthier Western nations. Weather plays a significant role in your journey, so it's essential to be patient, stay enthusiastic, and prepare well before embarking on the trip.

Travel & Medical Insurance:

It's important for all valued customers to get thorough travel and medical insurance that covers things like natural disasters, helicopter rescues, personal accidents, and trip cancellations. We strongly recommend this for your protection.

Tour Amendment:

If you want to change any part of your trekking or tour plan, please let us know in advance. It's a good idea to keep in touch with us. Sometimes, you might need to make changes during the trip due to factors like bad weather.

Your personal belongings:

We take responsibility for any loss or damage to your belongings, whether carried by porters or vehicles.

Papers & Documents:

Make sure to provide all the required documents in the correct order, such as visas and necessary permits. If essential paperwork is not completed on time before the trip begins, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.

Risk & Responsibility:

We prioritize your safety and satisfaction. We work diligently to make sure your holiday goes smoothly as you wish. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road closures, weather issues, political unrest, flight cancellations, delays, sickness, or accidents may lead to changes in the trip. Any additional costs incurred in such situations are your responsibility and need to be handled on the spot.

Flight Delay / Cancellation:

Flights in Himalayan regions, like Lukla in the Everest region, Taplejung in Kanchenjunga, Jomsom in Mustang, and Dolpa in the far northwest, might be delayed or postponed due to unpredictable weather
