Trekking in Nepal offers a diverse range of experiences for adventure enthusiasts. At Nepal Easy Trek, we organize various trekking packages in Nepal, covering the most famous trekking destinations in the country. Our goal is to provide you with an authentic and memorable trekking experience.
Group Sizes and Flexibility: We understand the importance of a comfortable and harmonious environment during treks. To achieve this, we typically organize two group sizes: small groups with 4 or 6 members and larger groups with 10 members. This approach ensures a personalized experience, greater flexibility, and a focus on individual interests. We don't believe in rigid schedules; our treks are tailored to your preferences.
Trekking Seasons: The best time for trekking in Nepal is during the spring (February to May) and autumn (September to November). These seasons offer warm days, clear skies, and ideal weather conditions for trekking. January is also suitable, although it can be quite cold at higher altitudes. Monsoon season, from June to August, is characterized by cloudy skies, humid heat, and occasional rain, making it less preferable for trekking. However, rain-shadow regions like Mustang, Dolpa, and Jumla are perfect for trekking during this time.
Types of Treks:
Easy Treks: Ideal for nature enthusiasts, these treks are like extended nature walks. They don't exceed five hours of walking per day, and the trails stay at lower altitudes.
Vigorous Treks: These treks involve about six hours of walking each day. Altitudes can reach 3,000m in the Annapurna Region and 4,000m in the Everest Region. They are suitable for people with average fitness levels.
Strenuous Treks: With six to seven hours of daily walking, these treks can reach altitudes above 5,000m. Participants must be in excellent physical shape, and some days on the trail can be challenging.
Climbing/Alpine Treks: These treks are extremely demanding, often in remote mountainous areas. They can reach altitudes over 5,400m, and participants need mountaineering skills and equipment.
Tea House Treks: These treks follow well-established routes with abundant tea houses and lodges along the trails. Accommodation and meals are in modest lodges. The treks are operated with experienced leaders, guides, and porters. Meals are not included, giving you the freedom to choose from local menus.
Environment-Friendly Approach: We take great pride in our commitment to preserving the natural environment. As residents of the Himalayas, our livelihood depends on the pristine nature around us. We use kerosene-burning stoves for cooking and have strict guidelines for collecting and disposing of litter to protect the delicate mountain ecosystem.
